Carbide welding should pay attention to the following points:
1. Cemented carbide itself is a powder metallurgy forming and sintering product with high hardness. When welding, try to burn the cemented carbide directly with fire, which will easily cause the cemented carbide to crack.
2. In order not to make the heating too high, the cemented carbide can be welded, and the melting point of silver is higher than that of copper, so that the heating of the cemented carbide is reduced.
3. In places where the climate is cold, it is best to use quicklime for heat preservation of welded carbide products. When welding, cemented carbide is heated violently. Once the heating is stopped, the cemented carbide cools down again, causing the cemented carbide to crack.
4. Regarding the strong welding of cemented carbide, try to put some flux first.
